MEET RENE
I fell in love with Pilates as a mum of two, looking for a way to build my strength while finding myself again. I studied through Barre Body to gain qualifications in Reformer Pilates teachers training. I’m also trained in Pre and Post Natal. In my spare time you’ll catch me hanging out with my kids and enjoying a pack of Maltese’s & a Coke Zero!
MEET ash
I have always been very active and played a range of different sports growing up, but it wasn’t until motherhood that I fell in love with Pilates. I found it was the perfect in-between exercise to strengthen, nurture, and move my body in a safe, supportive environment. It also allowed me to feel that burn and sense of achievement afterward! In my classes, you will find lots of layers and flows, a banging playlist, and modifications welcome for all levels, with some heavy springs to challenge yourself and bring that extra spice. If I am not at the studio, you will find me down at the beach wrangling my three kids, living off caffeine or a spicy Marg.
MEET Liv
I’m a proud Anaiwan woman and mum to one sweet girl. After a high risk pregnancy with extensive postpartum complications I felt somewhat disconnected from my body. Practising Pilates allowed me to redevelop my mind-body connection and for the first time in my life, exercise to celebrate and honour all the amazing things my body could do. I became a Pilates teacher because I wanted to create and share that magic with others. In my classes you can expect some sugar, spice and all things nice - with lots of layers and modifications on offer. Just a heads up maths was never my strong point so expect extra seconds on all planks and pulses!
MEET Emily
I feel so honoured to work in the fitness & health industry. To me, fitness isn’t just about the way you look but the way it makes you feel. Moving your body every day whether that be a walk, a swim, pilates, or a gym session, it will not only make you feel physically amazing but mentally too. I am passionate about long-distance running but also appreciate a good burger & hot chips. ( because balance is important ) I originally got into Reformer Pilates because I needed help with balance, flexibility and strength. I loved it so much, it became my career.
