OUR. Reformer
Our full body reformer class is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen. A little bit spicy but also with the options to modify whenever you’d like. Led by our expert instructors, this class combines the resistance of the reformer machine with targeted movements to enhance flexibility, improve posture, and build your core strength.
OUR. HIiT Reformer
OUR. 45 minute HIIT class mixes the best of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Reformer Pilates, making a heart-pumping, muscle-burning workout that will leave you feeling stronger and energised. Working on your own station with the use of reformer, box and props. Exercises are performed in sets with rests then repeated. Expect a full body workout where time goes super fast!
**Not recommended for pregnant over 16 weeks**
OUR. flow & stretch
Our Flow & Stretch Reformer class gives you the best of both worlds—smooth, flowing movements combined with deep, feel-good stretches. We’ll move seamlessly between stretches that melt away tension and controlled exercises that gently build strength and flexibility. With the support of the reformer, you’ll leave class feeling longer, lighter, and completely refreshed. Suitable for all fitness levels
