We understand that starting something new can feel daunting, which is why we've made sure that our 5-week beginner course is the perfect way to learn Pilates. Our goal is to help you fall in love with Pilates, just as we have.

OUR. next beginners course starts Saturday 1st February 25

Our program is designed to build a strong foundation in reformer Pilates, guiding you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident joining our regular classes. But our course isn't just about exercise; it's about creating a fun community of like minded women!

Each week, you'll discover something new in the company of a small, supportive group of up to 8 fellow Pilates enthusiasts who are all starting their journey. It's an inclusive environment where kids are always welcome!

A 5 week course designed especially for beginners or those who’ve taken a little break from exercise. Each week you'll learn the proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques while gradually building strength and flexibility. (HELLO CORE).

Perfect if the reformer feels a little intimidating.
